Our history
Located in the North of France, MTD was founded by Mr.Daniel Richard with a clear goal: to preserve the traditional French industrial modeling craftsmanship while serving modern industry.
In July 1999, Mr.Daniel Richard passed on his expertise and passion to his son Mr.Jérôme Richard. In 2023, François Miroux took over the leadership of the company with the aim of continuing the modeling craft while introducing a new focus on small and medium series products in the field of art and decoration.

At the heart of our operations, the production manager and design office define the execution conditions and ensure compliance with your specifications through thorough project reviews. With a well-structured process in place, our technical managers and modelers guarantee customized production with controlled lead times.
MTD Modelage is equipped with a machine park that includes two 5-axis CNC machines capable of machining parts up to 6 meters, and one 3-axis machine for cutting operations. Our CFAO technicians primarily use TopSolid for modeling and hyperMILL, along with EBP for commercial and administrative management.
