At the heart of our operations, the production manager and design office define the execution conditions and ensure compliance with your specifications through thorough project reviews. With a well-structured process in place, our technical managers and modelers guarantee customized production with controlled lead times.

MTD Modelage is equipped with a machine park that includes two 5-axis CNC machines capable of machining parts up to 6 meters, and one 3-axis machine for cutting operations. Our CFAO technicians primarily use TopSolid for modeling and hyperMILL, along with EBP for commercial and administrative management.

About us

MTD – Craftsmanship Serving Industry

Based in Rousies, in the Hauts-de-France region, MTD designs and manufactures custom industrial molds, patterns, and prototypes by combining traditional craftsmanship with modern technologies.
MTD operates across three workshops: a dedicated workshop equipped for working with expanded polystyrene, a main workshop with areas for cutting and CNC machining, tooling assembly, and a workshop for finishing and varnishing, quality control, and shipment preparation.
Thanks to the expertise of our skilled team and high-performance digital tools, MTD supports each project with precision and care from the initial sketch to the finished part while meeting the highest quality standards and industry regulations.
